How do I get my test results?
Your results will be sent to you via SMS Text Message or telephone call once they are available.
You may also retrieve your available results at any time by using our online Patient Portal. If you do not have a patient portal login, you can call our office to request a Patient Portal Invite or ask at your next appointment. Once you are signed up, you can use the Patient Portal button at the top of this website to retrieve your results. For more information, please check out our Patient Portal Information Page.
If you have any trouble getting your results, please call our office at (814)-459-1851 for assistance.

Will you call me to remind me of my appointment?
Sure! We'll send you a reminder via Text Message 2 days before your appointment. If we can't reach you by Text, we will give you Phone call instead.

Do you have a Portal where I can see my health records? How can I sign up?
Great Question! Yes, you can access the Patient Portal by clicking on the Patient Portal button in the top-right corner of this website. It works with mobile devices, like smartphones and tablets, as well as laptops and desktop computers. You should have received a Portal Invite email with information on how to get started. If you did not, please call the office. We can update your email address and resend the invite.
